We ship twice a week and you will receive tracking details the moment we dispatch your order.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight/bulk and costs are normalised across regional and metropolitan locations ie they are not specific to your post code.
WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARCELS LOST BY AUSTRALIA POST. There will be NO exceptions to this, no matter how hostile you are or how much you threaten or complain.
We offer insurance as a postage option at checkout - if you do not select insured postage at checkout you are accepting responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. Australia Post will not accept responsibility without insurance and neither will we.
Once we have lodged your parcel with Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for it and any queries you have about delivery are between you and Australia Post. You can contact them directly via phone or the contact forms on their website.
Tracking is issued via email the moment we pack and dispatch your order - please use this to track your order. Please do not contact us to track your order for you. If your parcel is late or has not moved for a day or two, please report it as lost or missing via the Australia Post website so Australia Post can get onto it immediately. Do not allow days to pass of inactivity because that increases the risk of loss.
